World Read Aloud 2016

Our class had a very exciting opportunity to partner with another school for an early WRA 2016. What made this so exciting, was that we partnered with Eleanor's dad, Mr. Batik. Mr. Batik teaches at the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. Mrs. Berumen, our librarian, arranged for us to Skype. Eleanor brought her favorite book, Cars Gallore to read to her Dad's class of Seniors. Not only did we have fun getting to Skype with 'big' scholars we loved the fact that we were braver than the Seniors....they were too scared to read to us, yet we read to them!
