Harvesting Our Potatoes

A little over 9 weeks ago Kindergarten planted potatoes that we plan to donate to GRACE.  Yesterday we went back out to harvest our potato plants. Based on our knowledge of potato plants, the scholars estimated the number of potatoes we would harvest. Once the potatoes are dry, we will: use a hand lens to take a closer look at the potato and potato plant, weigh a potato using a nonstandard unit such as unifix cubes. However what we are most excited about is donating our potatoes to GRACE!
